HMP80 được thiết kế tối ưu cho các ứng dụng đo lường trong môi trường có độ ẩm thấp cũng như các đường ống/buồng thử nghiệm áp suất cao. Nhờ ứng dụng công nghệ cảm biến HUMICAP® tiên tiến cùng khả năng kết nối linh hoạt với các bộ hiển thị Indigo80, Indigo200, Indigo500 hoặc truyền tín hiệu trực tiếp về hệ thống PLC, thiết bị mang lại sự ổn định lâu dài và khả năng chống chịu điều kiện môi trường khắc nghiệt vượt trội.

Thông số kỹ thuật

  • Cảm biến: Vaisala HUMICAP® R2.

  • Dải đo độ ẩm: 0 đến 100 %RH.

  • Dải đo nhiệt độ: -40 °C đến +120 °C.

  • Độ chính xác độ ẩm: ±0.8 %RH (ở 0...90 %RH, +15...+25 °C).

  • Áp suất làm việc: Tối đa 40 bar (4 MPa).

  • Tín hiệu ngõ ra: Digital RS-485 (Modbus RTU), hỗ trợ cắm Plug-and-Play với các transmitter/handheld dòng Indigo.

  • Vật liệu vỏ & Chuẩn bảo vệ: Vỏ thép không gỉ AISI 316L, đạt chuẩn chống nước/chống bụi IP66.

  • Hệ thống khí nén & Máy sấy khí: Kiểm soát chính xác độ ẩm dư và nhiệt độ trong đường ống khí nén công nghiệp.

  • Quy trình sản xuất & Buồng thử nghiệm: Giám sát môi trường nhiệt ẩm trong chế biến dược phẩm, sản xuất linh kiện điện tử và nhựa.

  • Đo đạc trong môi trường áp suất: Lắp đặt trực tiếp vào các hệ thống ống dẫn chịu áp suất cao lên đến 40 bar.

  • Tích hợp linh hoạt: Kiểm tra lưu động kết hợp với bộ hiển thị cầm tay Indigo80 hoặc truyền dữ liệu liên tục về hệ thống quản lý nhà máy (SCADA/DCS).
